Meditation, literally means “doing the wisdom.” It is a process of locating your truest self.
Mindfulness is the foundation to everything we do at Rosemary Retreats, and is included in our Signature Core 4 Retreat. Mindfulness is how you connect to yourself and the world around you. By learning to pay attention to the present moment—noticing our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations—we gain a deeper knowing of ourselves. This deeper knowing can connect us to our inner wisdom, our truest selves, and from this place, we have access to the highest potentials for our lives.
There is deep wisdom within our very flesh, if we can only come to our senses and feel it.
Mindful Yoga is the practice of presence to your breath and body through movement. This teaching is included in our Signature Core 4 Retreat. Participants are lead through a gentle yoga practice with attention to their breath, body, mind, and heart. This is a unique opportunity for participants of all bodies and abilities to reconnect their minds to their bodies in a profoundly beneficial way. By observing patterns of self talk, we can make new choices that harmonize the mind-body relationship, and set the tone for improved health and well-being.
Attunement to spirit may be the ultimate source of well-being.
You are powerful beyond measure--you have an inner knowing, a small voice, an intuition that is a source of tremendous support and guidance. This teaching is included in our Signature Core 4 Retreat. The aspects of things that are most important for us are hidden because of their simplicity and familiarity--Ludwig Wittgenstein. Learn how to clear the channel to connect with this hidden, invisible aspect of yourself. A mindful connection to spirit can help you cultivate your most authentic life, and most expanded happiness.

To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives —Henry David Thoreau. Life coaching helps individuals and groups set and reach goals, deal with problems, and make decisions leading to improved performance and a sense of wellbeing.
